Consulting Engagements involve specific task or areas in which to formulate and implement solutions. Each project will be specific and measurable with mutually agreeable milestones. Project engagements allow the client to be in control of the process, and the client may modify the work to fit circumstances. EVV Management's goal is to produce two dollars of annual performance improvement for each dollar charged.
Interim Management or Transition Management involves retaining services to fill specific roles for a defined time: CEO, COO, CFO, etc. The illness of an Owner or key employee, integration of an acquisition into the firm's organizational structure, or reorganization of a business unit may require a temporary executive level employee. EVV Management's years of hands-on experience assures clients of faster results, without hiring a permanent employee.
Turnaround Management involves operating control of the business in order to implement the needed changes rapidly. Engagement works on a bi-weekly basis. The client receives weekly action and status memos as well as forward looking actions in order to measure progress. At the end of the initial two week period, the client will receive a plan outline for the turnaround or restructuring with an estimated timetable. Each succeeding engagement period is for two weeks. The client may elect to terminate the turnaround at any time.
